  1. Taking Time for Yourself: Writing and Peer Support

    Taking time for yourself is an essential part of any recovery journey. Self-care is proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels while increasing self-compassion. Taking time for yourself may seem unimaginable, but there are small things we can do to make self-care a little easier. As part of May is Mental Health Month, we will be showcasing how you can take care of yourself using creative writing. We will also show you how you can help other peers take care of themselves using this art form. Presenter: Alana Sadhu, M.A., B.S., Director of Clinical Programming at LiveWell Coaching - A dedicated mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and various other life challenges. Alana holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is Director of Clinical Programming for LiveWell Coaching and service on the Board of Directors of Peer Support Space.

  2. Adult Zumba Tuesdays on Zoom at 6 PM

    ADULT ZUMBA – Join us weekly for our virtual Adult Zumba class. The Zumba program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout to a global community. Coined "fitness parties," Zumba classes blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreograph that offer practical total-body exercises. Classes are held every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. through Zoom.
