The men and women of the Bay Harbor Islands Police Department are committed to providing the highest level of service to our community. We continue to build partnerships with the residents, business owners, and visitors, as we work together to maintain one of the lowest crime rates in the State of Florida. Our motto of “Pursuing Excellence” is one that every member of the department is committed to, in every task performed.

Through our Team-policing approach, all Department employees are individually responsible for the safety of every citizen who resides, works or travels through our Town. By empowering every employee to solve problems and prevent crime at the individual level, all members take pride in the fact that Bay Harbor Islands is one of the safest communities in the State of Florida.
